Procedure for registration

Students:

The registration fee is €550 per student.  These costs include courses, accommodation, breakfasts and lunches. You will only be required to pay for evening meals.

Registration takes place in 2 steps:

1. Submission of your application via the pre-registration form (before 19th December 2024). Please include a short CV (2 pages) and a letter of agreement of your advisor.

Applications are now closed.

2. Once your application has been accepted (6th january 2025), you can register and pay on our website, in the ‘Registration’ section.

The deadline for registration and payment is February 15, 2025, except for students and postdocs from ICAM nodes, for whom the deadline for registration is March 10, 2025.

Speakers:

There is no fee for speakers. It is, however, necessary for you to complete the "Registration" section (before 28th February 2025).
