Procedure for registration

Students:

The registration fee is €550 per student.  These costs include courses, accommodation, breakfasts and lunches. You will only be required to pay for evening meals.

Registration takes place in 2 steps:

1. Submission of your application via the pre-registration form (before 9th December 2024). Please include a short CV (2 pages) and a letter of agreement of your advisor.

2. Once your application has been accepted (13th december 2024), you can register and pay on our website, in the ‘Registration’ section. (before 31st January 2025)

Speakers:

There is no fee for speakers. It is, however, necessary for you to complete the "Registration" section (after 13 december 2024, before 31 January 2025).
